TORONTO, Ont.–CITT announced that its series of professional development webinars continues to grow this month with a new session dedicated to Proactive Change Management on July 22nd at 12:00-1:00 EST. Hosted by Jim McKay, Sr Director of Supply Chain, Walmart Canada, this in-depth webinar will examine complexities of change management and how to develop and implement an effective change management strategy.

Being proactive about changes – both internal and external – is one of the most important aspects of keeping your business competitive. Change can be difficult for even the most well-managed businesses, often because decision-makers do not think forward to anticipate how their organization will need to adjust to the process of change. That’s why change management can often fail unless the mitigating factors at play can be utilized to your advantage to facilitate execution, said CITT.

This session will give attendees insight into various change management methodologies, along with examples and real-world applications of how to implement them, and how organizations can adapt these best practices for tangible results.

Who should attend:

  • Decision-makers who are planning on implementing changes in their business
  • Those who manage a team that will be experiencing change
  • Professionals who want to be prepared for unexpected shifts in their role or operations

Spaces are limited, and are available for $75, or free for CITT members and students. Those interested can guarantee their spot by registering here.
