MONTREAL, Que.– TECSYS Inc. announced strategic initiatives destined to bolster the company’s presence in the European supply chain management software market and strengthen its global customer care infrastructure.
The first initiative is the opening of TECSYS’ European headquarters and the appointment of Mr. Mark Hawksley to Vice President Global Services and Strategic Initiatives for Europe. Already a member of the executive team, Mark brings more than 30 years’ experience in the supply chain management industry. A British citizen, Mark has been with TECSYS for more than ten years, most recently as Vice President Professional Services.
TECSYS will also be opening a UK-based Customer Care Support Center. A number of TECSYS’ customers today operate in geographically-dispersed multi-site supply chains, many of whom have the need for 24×7 support. With the addition of the European support center, TECSYS will be able to adopt a customer care workflow model leading to improved responsiveness and heightened customer satisfaction, said the company.
