CITT offers new and improved CCLP Route Finder

TORONTO, Ont.–CITT has expanded the functionality of its personalized, online CCLP Route Finder further, after a successful introduction earlier this year.  The CCLP Route Finder now includes a 24/7 Quick Answer Centre to provide answers to common questions people have while exploring their fastest path to the CCLP designation. It can be accessed at http://www.citt.ca/routefinder.

“This summer we saw great usage of this new service tool. We just wanted to continue to improve it,” said Catherine Viglas, CITT President & CEO.

“The newly-integrated Quick Answer feature is designed to make it even faster and easier for people to get information about the designation, courses, and certification process,” she added.

“So many people with a wide range of professional experiences and educational backgrounds look to CITT for the CCLP designation. The improved CCLP Route Finder and its Quick Answers will be able to address the vast majority of their questions. Of course, the CITT team will continue to be available by phone and email to answer questions not covered in the CCLP Route Finder. This expanded support means that people will be able to get the information relevant to them quickly, when they want” Viglas said.

Those starting their CCLP-bound course work in the upcoming January semester could be 60% or more of the way to completing the logistics learning requirement for the designation by the end of the year. The last day for people to register for CITT’s Winter Semester is January 12th.  Logistics courses start on January 14, 2016.  After CITT’s record-hitting demand this year, people are encouraged to register for courses early to guarantee their spot, said CITT.
