MONTREAL, Que.–Effective September 1, customers will be able to submit claims to Air Canada Cargo by email.
Forms will continue to be available on the company website,aircanadacargo.com. Completed forms should be sent firstname.lastname@example.org, along with all required supporting documentation to ensure timely processing of the claim.
Once a claim has been received by email, future correspondence from Air Canada Cargo will be sent to the email address form which the claim was sent.
The fax numbers for submitting claims will no longer be functional after September 1, though the company will continue to accept claims by postal mail.
