Old Dominion launches next day service to Toronto

TORONTO, Ont.-- Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. has expanded its next day service to the Greater Toronto Area.

The new service is provided at no additional cost to customers with shipments traveling from Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Expedited services are also available to customers outside this region, the company said. 

Through OD Global, Old Dominion offers worldwide less-than-container load (LCL) and full container load (FCL) services tailored to meet customers’ export and import, foreign to foreign or air freight needs.

Old Dominion continues to deliver promises to more and more customers on both sides of the border,” said Wayne Bersch, vice president of OD Global. “This new service provides customers with the seamless, reliable service they have come to expect from Old Dominion.”

In North America, Old Dominion provides direct service to Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The company also ships to the Caribbean, Europe, the Far East, Central America, South America and points in between.
